Maria J. William
Mare Infinitus, the collected works of Maria J. William, is nearly overflowing with beautiful fairies, mermaids, angels, succubi, and charmed women. In spite of this dizzying assortment of fantasy females, they are all unified by a seductive, playful style.
There’s a lot of bare skin here, and while it’s almost exclusively female, there are a few hunky guys stoically lurking in the margins.
Another distinguishing characteristic of Maria’s artwork is the multitude of mediums she has employed in her lifelong pursuit of the fantastic. Pencils, inks, oils, watercolors, and gouache have all been used to give form to the luscious fruits of her imagination.
Whatever method Ms. William uses, and whatever subject she seeks to capture, rest assured that it will be a treat for the eyes.
