Many would say that cute anime babes and macabre gothic horror just don’t mix, but Phil Laskey makes a convincing argument to the contrary. Wielding a palate of pale pink skin, cold silver steel, and deep bloody reds, he confronts us with seductive, psychotic killers with an axe to grind — or the occasional chainsaw.
Don’t let the hypnotically large eyes and pretty pigtails fool you, these ladies are anything but innocent. In spite of their disarmingly attractive assets, they’d just a soon kill as kiss you. They’re angry at the world for robbing them of their innocence, and the world’s gonna pay!
But, perhaps these princesses of pain are just misunderstood, and are simply holding out for the right man. When their prince charming arrives, maybe they’ll lay down their weapons, and shower him with love and affection?
Somehow, I don’t think so.

I think people like this review, my hit counter clocked a hundred hits in 24 hours - up from about twenty… must do more chainsaws.

Only a hundred? I should’ve included the phrase “wicked winsome wenches” — That would’ve been good for at least 150.
That might have put people off.
